Permanent introductions

Our initial service is permanent recruitment on a contingency basis. A placement fee becomes due only where a candidate introduced by JS Recruitment Group is hired, subject to the agreed Terms of Business.

Fees

The operating model uses a standard fee around 15% of first-year basic salary, with any alternative or exclusive rate agreed in writing before work begins. The exact signed terms govern each assignment.

Candidate ownership and introductions

The signed Terms of Business should define introduction periods, prior candidate knowledge, duplicate submissions and circumstances where a fee is due.

Replacement / rebate

Any replacement or rebate period is conditional on the signed terms, including payment by the agreed due date and prompt notification of termination.

Candidate service

Candidates are not charged for finding them permanent work through the ordinary recruitment service.
